GRINDLINE presented the final concept design to the City of Ventura Parks and Recreation Commission on Wednesday, May 31. The design reflects community input from both Design Workshops (Design Workshop #1 and Design Workshop #2), as well as dedicated feedback and collaboration with W.E.S.T.

Several members of the community attended and voiced their support for the design. The Commission was unanimously in favor of the design and the project.

With this meeting complete, the project now enters the Construction Document and Permitting phase before beginning construction.
